3. Return Eligibility

Customers in the United States may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

3.1 Conditions for Return

  • Unused and Undamaged: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

  2. Include your order number and the reason for return.

  3. If eligible, we will provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

4.2 Preparing Your Return

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and free gifts.

  • Include all documentation such as your return form or email confirmation.

  • Attach the prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or use your own shipping label if not provided.

4.3 Shipping the Return

  • Ship your return within 7 days of receiving your RMA number.

  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any restocking fees (if applicable).

6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

  • We will send the correct item and cover return shipping for the incorrect product.

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund.

  • After Shipment: Please initiate a return after delivery per our return process.
